Pulse turns a night of sensor data into a single readable score, then lets people open up the stages, resting heart rate and step count behind it.

Challenge

Health data that motivates instead of worrying.

Raw biometrics are easy to misread. The design had to give a confident summary first and detail second, without ever feeling clinical.

Approach

A ring, a delta, then the evidence.

The score ring and its day-over-day delta lead. Underneath, sleep stages are shown as a single banded timeline so quality is obvious without reading numbers.

A deep blue gradient and soft cards keep the screen calm at 6am.

Outcome

A daily check-in worth opening.

Delivered as a complete mobile design system including the assistant entry point and detail views.
